Multi-Sport Programmes
Stay active throughout your life!
We believe that sport should be about growth and enjoyment, not stress. That is why we created our Multi-Sport program, where we do not limit ourselves to just one type of activity. In our sessions, children discover the joy of movement through a system based on three pillars, with activities rotating on a weekly basis:
- Racket sports (tennis, padel, badminton) – for developing hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and reflexes
- Team sports (basketball, handball) – for tactical awareness and the sense of community
- General coordination and movement development – the foundation for all sports and a healthy lifestyle
What does your child gain from this?
- For the youngest (ages 6–10): There is no need to commit sight unseen. In a safe, playful environment, they can try out different sports to see what suits them best, all while we foster a love of movement during their most impressionable years.
- For older children (ages 11–14): We provide intensive, fast-paced, high-quality training sessions—without the stress of mandatory competitions. Our program is also a great fit for pre-teens who have left the elite sports system but still crave a strong team environment and serious physical challenges.
What multi-sport offers
Foundation
By introducing and reinforcing fundamental athletic movements, we aim to pave the way for discovering the joy of movement, achieving a sense of success, and fostering a love for sport
Development
Alongside the development of complex motor coordination, we aim to contribute to fostering physical, emotional, and mental well-being through our multifaceted training system.
Guidance
We aim to help find the ideal sport using a system based on objective assessments, subjective observations, and the child’s own communication.
Connected
We consider maintaining continuous contact with parents important, whether it involves sharing general information or discussing experiences related to the child

- was canceled in the HELLA system at the latest by the start of training.
Canceled hours are recorded in the system and can be used for another training session or be played on advertised replacement days until the end of the relevant trimester. The management of cancellations and replacements is everyone’s responsibility and takes place through the HELLA system only.
