Our graduating students who won a tennis scholarship

“American universities offer not only the opportunity to earn a degree, but also to continue playing tennis at a high level. In addition to schooling, just like at home, there are several hours of tennis and fitness training a day. However, there are also a lot of differences from practices at home. For example, everything happens here in a great team spirit, so to speak, and the Americans are even able to make a team sport out of tennis. It feels good when teammate playing alongside me cheers me on and encourages me, or when the whole team in the gym encourages me by yelling my name. The competitions have a different atmosphere. Fans and friends who support the school and of course us, come out to the matches and add to the competitive atmosphere with loud, energetic support. Despite what it looks like, I am never alone on the court, the coach and my teammates fight with me on the courts next to me, and their words of encouragement and looks give me strength in difficult moments. So America is more than school and tennis… you can gain experience abroad, you can experience a new culture, but more importantly, you get to know people who become your second family.”
